Specifications description
Application:
- Finishing profile for doors and windows
- ETICS/EIFS insulation systems
- PVC, white fiberglass, TPE lip, self-adhesive polyethylene tape and polyurethane sealing tape
- Width 6 mm ; height 9 mm on one side, and 4 mm on the other side; lip of 2 mm ; polyurethane tape of 2 x 6 mm ; removable section of 14 mm ; hite fiberglass of 10 cm
- Used as a render guide and thermal and acoustic joint, for a perfect finishing of render on insulation on doors and windows (render thickness of 6 mm)
- Having cleaned and degreased the base frame, remove the polyurethane tape protective film and stick the profile (level) to the window/door return
- Remove the tape from the removable section and glue a piece of plastic to the self-adhesive section to protect the frame
- Apply a 6 mm layer of render using the profile as a guide
- Take off the removable section by slitting it gently with a cutter and then carefully pulling the removal section lengthwise
- Synthetic material manufactured according to standard DIN 16941
- Fire classification: B1 in accordance with standard DIN 4102
- ETAG 004 certified fiberglass
- Store in a flat, dry place
